A big thank you to Jo and the Avonmill team for finding a super home for my lovely horse. Nothing has been too much trouble and they settled her in kindly and smoothly. I was always kept up to date with photos and videos and the hand over to new owner was done really well. Thank you.

Well the time has come to say our farewells to our beloved Bugsy🐴 I would like to say a big thank you to Joanne Fairbrother, Jane & Ben & co. We wanted Joanne to find that special person to love and care for him as he deserves. It was a heartbreaking decision due to personal reasons but thanks to Joanne and team they took the pressure off me from trying to sell him. I can't thank you enough for the care and support you have given to Bugsy and me and also finding the perfect home and new owner for Bugsy which we are keeping in touch. She only went and did it - DOUBLE CLEAR at Gatcombe!! We climbed three places to finish 9th in the National Novice Championship and I couldn't be more proud of her! She might not be the biggest mover or the flashiest over a fence, but Pops has the biggest heart and is truly my horse of a lifetime. She's amazing and I'm enternally grateful to Joanne.

After Avonmill previously found my last horse for me I knew that there was no one better to ask to help with the search for a new one. Looking for a quality horse is time consuming and difficult to weed out the good from the bad. Joanne has an excellent eye and my pony by Shannondale Sarco receives compliments from people when we are out and about. I am excited to see how he develops as his schooling progresses.

Some time ago I had mentioned to Jo and Jane that if a bigger Piglet (whom I'd bought from Avonmill Equestrian) came on to the yard to let me know as he's been such a diamond of a pony, sweetheart on the ground and safe enough for my primary aged children to learn to ride on despite being a baby himself. They never forgot and suggested that I try Bugsy given what an absolute gent he is and how well he looks after his riders, including nervous ones like me. Jane was supportive as ever when trying him and sure enough, after a lot of thought Bugsy has joined my family. He's exactly as Jo and Jane said, kind on the ground and forgiving of my nerves. Looking forward to lots of fun in the future. I couldn't recommend Avonmill enough when searching for a horse. Real time and care is taken to match horse and owner together and I would never go anywhere else. Thank you so much. Again!
